What is a Digital Chapbook?

Think of it as the literary equivalent of a music EP, used to release new/bonus material shortly after or before a larger collection of works.

What happens if I purchase an item digitally?
If you have purchased an item digitally via the store, you will receive a confirmation email from andycarrington.co.uk to the email address you used to pay for the item via Paypal, stating that your payment has been successful. This email will be sent within 24 hours (usually between 1-2 hours, depending on the backlog of orders) and will contain your unique PDF download file. Simply click on the attachment and download within a matter of seconds (file size is typically 100-200k). To avoid confusion, please save this to your desktop when prompted by the downloader.

FREE Digital Chapbooks are an exception to this rule as they download instantaneously.

We recommend that you have the latest edition of Adobe Reader to be able to view the PDF file. This is completely free to download from the Adobe website.

I haven't received my item via email/I'm having trouble downloading the file
