Dear Crohn's is a chapbook of poetry concerned with one man's experiences living with Crohn’s disease, a rare inflammatory condition of the bowels that is on the rise within the United Kingdom today.
With no known cause or cure, the writer tells of his experiences as a patient in and out of hospital, dealing with a variety of symptoms, temporary cures and NHS personnel, often venting his frustrations in a semi-humorous manner.

"Andy’s trademark brutal honesty is there throughout each poem, which amounts to his own personal diary of experiences with this little-known disease. It seems the more personal the subject matter, the more frank, natural and funny Andy’s writing becomes"
-- Richard Lindsey, Hampshire
